I love the Sieks but France Does Not

When reading the paper or news, it is difficult to read about world events that are happening TODAY.  Sometimes, I feel like I am reading the paper 50 or 60 years ago, but the unfortunate truth is that racism still exists all over the world.  France is taking an extreme with the Sieks banning Turbins in public places and encouraging Sieks to hide their religious attire, cultural customs, and rituals in public.
Just being in Punjab and seeing how beautiful these people are it breaks my heart to see the favor of secularlism and bigotry that is going on against them.  France has always been a country of favoritism towards Christianity, but the discrimination is a violation to their cultural identity and human rights.  Priscilla is on your side Sieks-stand up for yourself and do not conform to societal expectations.  Everyone should be free to express their religious identity, especially when religion is such a significant part of the Indian self and being.
Get up, stand up, Stand up for your rights! Get up, stand up, Don't give up the fight- Bob Marley
